Built by People Who Use This Daily

Our curriculum comes from finance professionals who actually build these models for investment banks, private equity firms, and corporate finance departments. You'll learn techniques that get used in million-dollar decisions.

  • DCF models that pass investment committee scrutiny
  • Three-statement models with integrated cash flow
  • Scenario analysis for strategic planning
  • LBO modeling for private equity transactions
  • Sensitivity analysis and Monte Carlo simulations
  • Model auditing and error-checking frameworks

How We Actually Teach This Stuff

Most financial modeling courses dump formulas on you and call it education. We start with real company data and build models step-by-step, explaining why each decision matters.

1

Real Company Analysis

Start with actual 10-K filings and annual reports. No fake data or simplified examples that don't reflect real-world complexity.

2

Build While Learning

Create working models during each session. Every formula and assumption gets explained in context of actual business decisions.

3

Test Under Pressure

Present your models to instructors who ask the same tough questions you'd face in a boardroom or investment committee.

Small Groups, Big Results

We cap our cohorts at 12 people. This isn't about scalability—it's about making sure everyone gets direct feedback on their models and can ask specific questions about their industry or career path.

Individual Code Review

Every model you build gets reviewed line-by-line by an instructor who's used similar models professionally.

Industry-Specific Focus

Choose projects from healthcare, energy, tech, or retail. Learn the specific assumptions and drivers that matter in your field.

Live Problem Solving

When your model breaks (and it will), we debug it together. Learn to spot errors and build robust frameworks.

Peer Collaboration

Work with other analysts and associates. Compare approaches and learn different modeling philosophies.
